Warranty Policy
What The Warrant Covers
For new (not refurbished) product purchases made directly from www.paw-swing.com or an authorized reseller, PawSwing offers a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, PawSwing will, at its discretion, repair or replace any PawSwing AutoComb that malfunctions due to defective parts or workmanship, at no charge to you.This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original consumer purchaser. If the PawSwing AutoComb or any required component is no longer available, PawSwing may replace it with a similar product of equivalent function at its discretion.Please note that the warranty remains valid for one (1) year from the initial activation date of the new PawSwing AutoComb for all repair or replacement requests.
What The Warrant Does Not Cover (Exclusions)
This warranty does not apply to purchases made from unauthorized resellers, and it is non-transferable.The warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents (e.g., fire). Additionally, it does not cover acts of God, such as lightning, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, or hurricanes, nor does it cover general wear and tear. Damage caused by cats or other animals—such as rips, bite marks, chewing, dents, and tears—is also excluded.Any damage resulting from unauthorized service or modification of the PawSwing AutoComb or its components will void this warranty in its entirety. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any losses, injuries to individuals or pets, loss of pets, loss of property, or general damages.We strongly recommend against purchasing products from unauthorized resellers, as such products may be used, defective, or counterfeit.
Warranty Returns
Please note that all warranty claims require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) from Customer Service before sending your item to us. Claims submitted without an RMA will be refused, and your device will not be returned.For warranty requests, please be prepared to: (i) describe the issue with your PawSwing AutoComb and the nature of the problem, (ii) provide the order number from your purchase at www.paw-swing.com, and (iii) collaborate with a PawSwing team member to troubleshoot any reported issues. You will also need to return your existing device according to the instructions provided by PawSwing.PawSwing has no warranty obligations for products excluded from coverage as outlined in the EXCLUSIONS section above. The owner of such devices will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with their return. Any claims under this limited warranty must be submitted to PawSwing before the end of the warranty period. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your warranty request to be processed.
Advanced Shipping of a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the PawSwing team at aftersales@paw-swing.com. After reviewing your claim, if it is approved, we will issue an RMA for you to return the defective unit(s) and provide instructions for the return process.For customers whose warranty has expired by up to two months, we offer a 20% discount on the purchase of a new product.Please note that you must not return the PawSwing AutoComb for a warranty claim without first contacting us and obtaining a warranty RMA. PawSwing is not responsible for items returned without an RMA.
