Return & Refund Policy

If you purchased the AutoComb directly from PawSwing and are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason (excluding animal-induced or customer-induced damage) during your first 30 days after you receive your originally purchased AutoComb, you may return it to us according to the terms and fees outlined below. All returns must be in working condition. Returns with signs of wear or use are limited per the terms outlined below. If you purchased the AutoComb from an authorized reseller, you should contact the authorized reseller for their return policy. This Return Policy section outlines PawSwing’s policies for AutoCombs purchased directly from PawSwing. See exceptions to Return Policy below.

Refunds Before Your AutoComb Has Shipped

If you purchased the AutoComb from PawSwing, you are able to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund up until the earlier of your order being processed for shipment or 6:30 pm PT on the same day that you placed your order. Once we have verified that your order has not been processed for shipment, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds After Your AutoComb Has Shipped

If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you may either refuse the package upon delivery or return it unopened after receiving an RMA label from PawSwing. Upon receiving your return and verifying the approved RMA, a PawSwing team member will inspect the item and may request your assistance in troubleshooting any reported issues. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the item is returned to our warehouse. Please note that purchases made outside of www.paw-swing.com are not covered by this policy, and any returns must be handled directly through the authorized reseller according to their return terms.

How To Request An RMA

If your return request is approved and all necessary information is confirmed, PawSwing will provide you with an RMA number, return shipping instructions, and a prepaid label via email (aftersales@paw-swing.com). Please allow 2-3 business days for the RMA to be issued. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted, and PawSwing is not responsible for any returned items sent without proper authorization.

Note: (Non-free shipping orders) Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are not refundable.*Missing accessories are limited to: Assembled Panels / Removable Felt Panels / Grooming Disc / Automatic Feeder/ Steps / Desiccant / Charging Cable /Brush. If any additional parts are missing or if the AutoComb unit itself has been damaged, please contact us directly to determine eligibility for return within 30 days of purchase.PawSwing is the sole determinant of whether or not a AutoComb has been used and/or damaged and is eligible to be returned for refund.

Refunds

We can only provide refunds for purchases from www.paw-swing.com via the payment method that was used for the purchase. Purchases made with a Paypal/prepaid debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) will have the credit refunded back to the original card. Please hold onto your card until you are outside of the return policy for the product(s).After receiving your approved return at our warehouse and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. You will be credited for your purchase price. Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note: Once you have submitted a refund request and the refund has been processed, we are unable to refund the purchase to any other payment method.

Exceptions To Return Policy

  • Products damaged or altered by the customer, including items showing significant wear and tear not due to product defects.
  • Items damaged by animals, such as those with bite marks, dents, rips, or tears that penetrate the outer casing.
  • Products exhibiting excessive wear that is not related to any defect in the product itself.
  • For product defects or warranty claims, please refer to the warranty section for guidance.
  • Accessories including, but not limited to, Assembled Panels, Removable Felt Panels, Grooming Discs, Automatic Feeders, Steps, Desiccants, Charging Cables, and Brushes.
  • Stickers, custom cat toys, and other promotional or marketing items sold or given away at www.paw-swing.com.
  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
