It took around 2 weeks before my cat jumped right in. Love the hair collection, now have less hair throughout the house with the use of the grooming house. Construction of the house is fantastic, nice and solid, even cleaning the rollers is easy. You out did year self when you made
this cleaning house.

My cats use it and it has significantly cut down of the amount of random loose fur I have to vacuum up everyday. I wish they would use it simply to use it, but unfortunately I still have to put a fistful of treats in there everyday for them to even approach the box but other than going through a whole bunch of friskies treats a day, it seems to be working.

The funny thing is that Neo was actually designed to be more of a “VIP dining room” than a treat station. If you'd rather avoid extra snacks, many cat parents simply place their cats’ regular meals—or even an automatic feeder—inside, and it works wonderfully too.

This is a great asset when you have cat, like I do, that's hates being brushed.
My cats love it and there fur is looking lovely.
I was a bit surprised however at the cost of replacing the combs. As this will be an on going expense. For now though I am happy and would definitely recommend the Pawswing Neo.

Works exactly as advertised. I do a cat sitting business and have had no trouble training every cat I've watched. Less fur flying means less allergy issues
Day 4 of training in our two cat household...Too early to tell! However, I've had multiple interactions with customer support and they have been wonderful from the beginning - before I was even a customer!

Cats were curious the first day when I was building it. They love their new giant box. One of my female Mainecoons went inside by herself (She slept inside). The other female then went inside and my shy boy cat went inside with her. They actually liked it. I am still in the process of making the entryway smaller. Caught a little fur already. I’m debating ordering another but I don’t quite have the space. I would recommend.
My cats are both going in there. I've only started shrinking the opening a little so far. So far so good.
We just got it put together however haven’t turn it on yet. I’m letting our 3 cats just get use to having it. Will get it turned on this weekend to see it work. I feel sure they will like it as they like the brush.

I wasn't sure prior to ordering but I was wrong! My 20 lb cat took 1 day, he went in with treats which I still utilize. My female is alot smaller but saw her go in last nite. I'm taking my time reducing opening because he is a big boy. She doesn't shed much but im seeing his hair starting to collect. I am thrilled as I constantly have clumps of his shedding and cant wait till that is a much less problem. 2day is day 4 using paw swing
Was getting very frustrated not being able to brush my naughty Britishshorthair 😹 Only early days and still making the entrance smaller every 2nd day. But having the treat dispenser is amazing, Both my girls are in and out all day. So very happy so far!!

My cat has gotten quite used to using Pro now. I wonder if Neo will be just as useful.

I purchased their Pro model back in February, and now my cats have gotten quite used to using it. I'm wondering how the Neo model performs? If it's better, I'll definitely consider it!
