Shipping Policy

At PawSwing, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. We operate a network of 10 global warehouses to ensure your package arrives safely and speedily, no matter where you are.

1. Shipping Costs & Tax

We use smart logistics technology to automatically route your order to the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

A. Free Shipping Zones (Tax Included) We offer FREE Standard Shipping to customers in the following countries:

  • 🇺🇸 United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, & territories)

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • 🇩🇪 Germany

  • 🇦🇺 Australia For orders within these regions, we ship locally from our domestic warehouses. No extra customs duties or hidden fees.

B. International Shipping (Rest of World) For countries not listed above, we will ship from our nearest available international facility.

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout price.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Local Warehouse Orders (US/UK/CA/DE/AU): 3 - 7 business days.

    • International Orders: 7 - 15 business days (depending on customs clearance).

  • Accessories: Please note that some accessories may be shipped separately and take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive if they are shipped from a central hub.

3. Split Shipments

If you order a PawSwing Groomer along with extra accessories, you may receive multiple packages. Because we optimize for speed, your main device may ship from a local warehouse (e.g., in Germany) while a specific accessory ships from our central distribution hub. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Note: If your order is split, you will receive separate emails for each shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for large devices).

  • Remote US territories: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Military Addresses: APO/FPO/DPO (Armed Forces Americas, Europe, Pacific).

6. Cancellation & Changes

  • Address Changes: Contact us immediately at service@pawswing.com. We cannot change the address once the item has shipped.

  • Cancellations: Accepted within 48 hours of order placement, provided the order has not shipped. Late cancellations must follow our [Return Policy].

7. Damages & Lost Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • Damage: If the item arrives damaged, please contact service@pawswing.com within 48 hours with photos.

  • Lost: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you didn't receive it, please contact us. We insure all packages and will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
