My cat loves this thing. He's very bribable so the treat dispenser is a really smart idea that has kept him engaged with it. I am still narrowing the entrance but he does let the paddles and rollers rub against him and brush his fur. He sleeps in the PawSwing and scratches around in it while I work (I placed it in my office). I'm really glad I got it.
Cats took to it right away. It's their favorite hiding spot. Slowly closing the opening.
Cat looks and feels great since using. Plus feeder broke, got fast response and was sent a new one very quickly.

Parcel is missing, and zero proof of delivery from Evri as well. No pictures, no signature. A nearly £200 parcel has been stolen by a dodgy Evri courier. I WANT A REPLACEMENT DELIVERY TOMORROW, WITH ANYTHING OTHER SERVICE ,ROYAL MAIL, PARCEL FORCE, DPD, UPS, DHL, AMAZON PRIME, I DON'T CARE.. I'M RAGING WITH A HIGH VALUE ORDERED HANDLED WITH A LOW KEY GYPSY DELIVERY SERVICE LIKE EVRI

After rounds of fights with EVRI(emergency rebranded bankrupt risked Hermes logistics...) customer service, and no resolution... Pawswing was kind enough to choose a way more respectable and reliable DPD, and arrived perfectly and safely. I do advice Pawswing to offer DPD delivery as well for and extra fee, as this price range does demand more security for 100% arrival.
Joker, my 4months 3weeks old polydactyly Maine Coon has been supervising the unpacking, and packing quality... Probably the cardboard won for the first round, but already been snacking inside as well. The build quality looks to be sturdy enough at the moment, will see how it will handle a full grown 10-15kg male Maine Coon later.
Probably gonna be update on it once it has been just placed together.
At the moment definitely satisfied with the Pawswing customer support to solve the first failed delivery.
Both of my cats enjoy it just another hiding spot for them. Don't see as much loose hair on them and around the house. Great purchase highly recommend

I’ve got two long-haired girls who are super close—they’re always grooming each other like it’s their job. But then comes the coughing and hacking… hairball city. I always feel bad watching them go through that. I’d been eyeing the AutoComb for a while, and this bundle seemed like the perfect time to try it—comes with extras and shipped way faster than I expected. Hoping this helps cut down on the fur drama. So far, looks promising!20 mins to assemble (snap buttons are genius!) and no tools needed. It’s sturdy and easy to clean. Highly recommend this setup!
